About These Terms

These terms apply to the use of this website and to enquiries made through it with Royal Touch Business International LLC, Sultanate of Oman.

Images and descriptions show our own completed work and typical specifications. Wood is a natural material, so grain and tone vary between pieces.

Prices are confirmed in a written quotation after a site survey. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and covers only the items listed.

Manufacturing starts once the drawing, finish and quotation are approved. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery date.

Access, power and a clear working area are required on the agreed installation dates. Delays outside our control may move the schedule.

Our work is covered against manufacturing and installation defects. Damage from misuse, water ingress or third-party alteration is not covered.

Designs, drawings, photographs and the Royal Touch name and logo remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
